Dr. Chase received her Medical Degree from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Advocate Christ Hope Children’s Hospital in Illinois. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and American Osteopathic Association.

Dana received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Pediatric Primary Care from the Yale University School of Nursing. She completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Residency at the Community Health Center in Hartford, CT, and is Board Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB).
Dana moved from Connecticut to the Bay Area in 2024 with her husband and her dachshund, and is excited to care for the families in the community! When she is not at KJ Kids, you might find her riding her bike, walking her dog, or drawing.

Aava was born and raised in the Bay Area, and is thrilled to be back home providing care in the community where she grew up. She strives to provide the education, support, and care that helps kids of all ages grow and thrive in healthy, meaningful ways. Additionally, speaks Farsi.
