Physicians
Dr. Armann received his Medical Degree from the American University of the Caribbean. He completed his pediatric residency at University of California, San Francisco. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and Santa Clara Medical Society.

Dr. Chase received her Medical Degree from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Advocate Christ Hope Children’s Hospital in Illinois. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and American Osteopathic Association.

I was raised in Michigan, but since have established home in San Jose with my husband who is a Bay Area local. We have two young children who keep us very busy."

Dana, received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Pediatric Primary Care from the Yale University School of Nursing. She is also a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN). She completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Residency at the Community Health Center in Hartford, CT, and is Board Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB).

I was raised in Utah and Wisconsin before moving to Connecticut, and I am now looking forward to settling into life in the Bay Area with my husband and our miniature dachshund. In my free time, I can’t wait to take my dog for walks and bike around sunny California! "
